Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Oztan Cosmetics takes great care in quality control but in the unlikely event where goods are faulty please contact us within 14 days. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

 Faulty Equipment

Most faults can be rectified by talking to one of our staff members and adjusting the settings. Do not send back any items that you consider faulty until you have spoken to a representative of Oztan Cosmetics. Please contact us.

If you have purchased the equipment from one of our distributors we can still trouble shoot with you but returns must be made to them.

 Incorrect Orders

Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through. If you have received an item that you didn’t order please contact Oztan Cosmetics and a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return.
